Regupol Acoustic Isolating Strips
Information

We have Regupol® Acoustic Isolating Strips for both timber/metal stud frames and blockwork. Just click on the appropriate tab for more detailed information.
Regupol® Acoustic Isolating Strips are designed to isolate noise and vibrations at source.
Regupol® Acoustic Isolating Strips are a very simple and effective way to reduce structure borne noise. There are a number of different Regupol® materials that can be installed as isolating strips each one tailored to withstand a specific weight per linear metre therefore we have a Regupol® solution for all particular requirements.
Benefits
- Our Acoustic Isolating Strips offer long term performance without collapse or ‘bottoming out’ under high point loads
- Standard thickness 6mm although other thicknesses are available upon request
- Capable of withstanding loads up to and including 0.8N/mm2 with low frequency performance achieved
- Resistance to ageing and deformation
- Quick and easy to install
- Minimises construction heights
- High quality and exact material thickness guaranteed
For Timber/Metal Studwork
Regupol® Acoustic Isolating Strips are constructed of a rubber crumb product. It is designed to isolate noise and vibrations at source.
- Offers long term performance without collapse or ‘bottoming out’ under high point loads
- Standard thickness 6mm although other thicknesses are available upon request
- Capable of withstanding loads up to and including 0.8N/mm2 with low frequency performance achieved
- Resistance to ageing and deformation
- Quick and easy to install – simply bond to the subfloor beneath the blockwork
- Minimises construction heights
- High quality and exact material thickness guaranteed
- Available with various backings including self adhesive backing and Class ‘O’ foil facing
- Supplied with a protective film on both sides eliminating the ingress of mortar and moisture from the slab

For Blockwork
Regupol® Acoustic Isolating Strips for Blockwork are designed to sit beneath blockwork walls and are a very simple and effective way to reduce structure borne noise. Manufactured from rubber crumb the strips benefit from longevity and minimal creep.- Standard thickness is 6mm although there is a wide range of widths available.
- Offers long term performance without collapse or “bottoming” out under high load points.
- Resistant to ageing and deformation.
- Quick and easy to install – simply bond to the subfloor beneath the blockwork.
- Minimises construction heights.
- High quality and exact material thickness guaranteed.
- Capable of withstanding loads up to and including 0.8N/mm2 with low frequency performance achieved.
- Completely recyclable and can therefore compliment companies Environmental Policies.
